Why doesn't TeamSpirit turn on automatically when I join a meeting?
TeamSpirit must be running in the background to automatically turn on when you join a meeting. Check the following settings and make sure they are turned on: - Sync with Microphone - Start on Login
TeamSpirit automatically turns on when it detects your device's default microphone is in use. Some video conferencing platforms provide the option to not connect your device's audio/microphone and instead join by phone. This may prevent TeamSpirit from automatically turning on when you join a meeting.
If the problem still persists after troubleshooting the above, please contact us for help.
TeamSpirit's Elapsed Time is working but the Talk % is not.
When your audio source changes while TeamSpirit is running (ex: switching from your laptop's internal microphone to headphones), TeamSpirit must be restarted. If TeamSpirit is running but the Talk % and your microphone are not registering, quit TeamSpirit and reopen the application.
